We BBQ a lot during the summer and the best part of it all is, we can invite just about anyone for the BBQ. The spouse and I loved to mix our friends, he invites some of his and I invite some of my girlfriends and they get to mix around and make new friends. The kids gets to invite some of their friends as well and they loved that they get to hang out as long as they want or they can just do whatever they desire, it’s a pretty easy day. Most times, we ask people not to bring anything but they usually do, like desserts and salad or fruit trays but on one special occasion, one of the guys from the spouse’s work place brought Swisher Sweets to celebrate his first born. I don’t mind cigars but I absolutely dislike cigarettes – I think cigar are sweet smelling but cigarettes just smells like burnt wood. This year we already had quite a few BBQ gatherings, at the end of summer, we are going to have our little firework in our backyard and lots of sparklers for the kids around the neigborhood.
